Calif., Valero Spar Over Evidence In Terminal Tussle

Law360, New York (August 10, 2017, 2:49 PM EDT) -- The state of California and a petroleum refiner it's trying to block from buying two petroleum terminals have filed dueling briefs over the state's reply, which Valero claims improperly made new arguments, while the Golden State argues it merely responds to previous claims by the company.
