Manhattan DA Frustrated With State's Inertia On Law Updates

Law360, New York (August 10, 2017, 9:07 PM EDT) -- Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance said at an event on Thursday that lawmakers don't have a good reason for failing to update the state's antiquated criminal code and give local prosecutors the necessary tools to fight cybercrime, fraud and corruption.
