Calif. Class In MDL V. Automakers Sent To State Court

Law360 (April 2, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Just over a year after a federal appeals court overturned the class certification of state claims in a multidistrict litigation that alleges a number of automakers colluded to keep cheaper Canadian cars out of the U.S., the district judge overseeing the case has remanded a pair of California plaintiffs to state court.
