Judge Won't Stay $7M VCR Patent Ruling V. Daewoo

Law360 (April 2, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Ruling that the judgment is final, a judge has shot down a motion by Daewoo Electronics Corp. to stay the execution of a $7.2 million judgment against it for allegedly infringing VCR technology patents held by Funai Electric Co. Ltd.
