3 Firms Steer Rockefeller, Meridian On Virginia Tower JV

Law360, Los Angeles (August 11, 2017, 6:31 PM EDT) -- Goulston & Storrs PC-counseled Rockefeller Group has formed a joint venture with Meridian Group, represented by Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP and Kirkland & Ellis LLP, to develop a trophy office tower in Tysons, Virginia, the companies announced Thursday.

The agreement is a 50-50 joint venture for the so-called Boro Tower, which is part of a larger mixed-used development known as The Boro.
