Law360, New York (April 3, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has sentenced two former employees of The Home Depot Inc. to prison time and ordered them to return almost $3 million to the company after the workers pled guilty to wire and tax fraud in connection with a plot to accept kickbacks from foreign companies looking to become suppliers to the home improvement giant.
