Madoff Brother Gets $10K Monthly Allowance: Judge

Law360, New York (April 3, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A New York state judge has reportedly agreed to allow Peter Madoff, the brother of Bernard Madoff, to access $10,000 a month for living expenses as part of an agreement in a lawsuit accusing him of defrauding a college student of almost $500,000.
