Chevron Awarded $2.8M Against Broke Contractor

Law360 (April 6, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge has awarded Chevron TCI Inc. a default judgment of $2.8 million from a bankrupt Ohio construction company and its head over a project they allegedly failed to complete.
