Investors Seek Access To Funds In Stanford Suit

Law360, New York (April 6, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Investors whose funds are kept in accounts maintained by billionaire banker Robert Allen Stanford say they have been wrongfully denied access to those accounts since a judge issued an injunction freezing the banker’s assets in connection with an alleged $8 billion Ponzi scheme.
