Fed. Circ. Gives ITC Go-Ahead In Agere Patent Probe

Law360 (April 6, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has allowed the U.S. International Trade Commission to continue its probe into the alleged infringement of an Agere Systems Inc. patent, rejecting claims by Cypress Semiconductor Corp. that the ITC abused its discretion in investigating the issue.
