Law360, New York (April 7, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The lead plaintiff in a proposed collective action that accuses Tyson Foods Inc. of failing to pay hourly employees at two meat production facilities in Iowa for time spent donning and doffing equipment has moved for conditional certification.
