6th Circ. Sides With Plaintiffs In ERISA Suit V. M&G

Law360, New York (April 7, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An appeals court has overturned a lower court's dismissal of a suit lodged by a group of retirees and their union alleging that M&G Polymers LLC breached a collective bargaining agreement by requiring employees to contribute to their own retiree health care benefits.
