11th Circ. Nixes Class In Commissions Suit V. T-Mobile

Law360, New York (April 7, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Finding that a lower court made errors in granting class certification to former T-Mobile USA Inc. employees in a suit over the company's commissions policy, a federal appeals court has vacated the certification order and remanded the suit to proceed on the lead plaintiff's individual claims.
