Hotel Cos. Fight Insurer Over Policy's Fungi Exclusion

Law360 (April 8, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A group of hotel operators, including Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc., has asked a federal court to determine whether Union Insurance Co. has a duty to defend and indemnify the group in several lawsuits filed by individuals alleging they contracted Legionnaires' Disease at a Sheraton hotel in 2005.
