Creditors Well-Placed In All American Liquidation

Law360 (April 8, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- With the bankruptcy court backing All American Semiconductor Inc.’s latest liquidation plan, the unsecured creditors anticipate considerable recovery from the company's dynamic random access memory antitrust claims as well as meaningful control over the liquidation trust.

On Wednesday Judge Laurel M Isicoff of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida called for minor adjustments to the second amended plan of liquidation, but said the court would certainly confirm the forthcoming version, according to William M.
