Law360, New York (April 8, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- With the bankruptcy court backing All American Semiconductor Inc.’s latest liquidation plan, the unsecured creditors anticipate considerable recovery from the company's dynamic random access memory antitrust claims as well as meaningful control over the liquidation trust.
