DRAM Antritrust Plaintiffs Fight To Up Micron Payout

Law360 (April 9, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Micron Technology Inc., which inked a $90 million deal with direct purchaser plaintiffs in the massive dynamic random access memory antitrust litigation more than two years ago, has been accused of a “grievous error” in its calculation of the settlement amount.

Claiming Micron owes a class member another $4 million, the plaintiffs have called on the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California to modify its order granting final approval to the January 2007 class settlement with the DRAM technology provider.
