Law360, New York (April 9, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Energy company ReedHycalog UK Ltd. will have to abide by a protective order calling for it to destroy confidential documents discovered in a drilling equipment patent case, after a federal judge denied its bid to toss the order so that the documents could be used in another case.
