Firm Agrees Not To Use Secret Sherwin-Williams Info

Law360 (April 13, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The Sherwin-Williams Co. has forged an agreed-to order with Motley Rice LLP over allegations that the firm, which represents Ohio plaintiffs in a legal battle over the company's lead-based paint, illegally obtained confidential information from the paint manufacturer.

Sherwin-Williams and South Carolina-based Motley Rice signed an agreed-to order Thursday, following proceedings before Judge John O’Donnell of the Court of Common Pleas in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
