HP Appeals Lower $53M Verdict In Cornell Patent Suit

Law360, New York (April 13, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Hewlett-Packard Co. has filed an appeal with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit to overturn the remaining $53 million of an initial $184 million jury verdict awarded to Cornell University in a patent infringement case over a computer microprocessing patent.
