Conditional Cert. Denied In OT Suit V. Fla. Auto Dealer

Law360 (April 13, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Finding that the lead plaintiffs in a putative collective action against a Florida auto dealership failed to demonstrate that other potential class members wished to join the lawsuit, a federal judge has denied their motion for conditional certification.
