Costs From Faulty GE Part Can Be Recouped: Court

Law360, New York (April 13, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The Connecticut Supreme Court has ruled that lighting company Sylvan R. Shemitz Designs Inc. can recover costs for replacing a defective part manufactured by General Electric Co. and Regal-Beloit Corp. and for repairing damage to its products that was caused by the defective part.
