Trustee Objects To Deloitte's Role In Primus Ch. 11

Law360 (April 13, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. trustee overseeing the bankruptcy of global phone and Internet service provider Primus Telecommunications Group Inc. has objected to the debtors' retention of Deloitte & Touche LLP, arguing that the accounting firm is not being hired to perform work related to Primus' ordinary course of business.
