Law360, New York (April 14, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge has affirmed an arbitration panel's dismissal of a wrongful termination suit filed by the fired general counsel for GFI Securities Inc. — which had in turn accused him of forging documents to score a $100,000 bonus — ordering the lawyer to pay the company attorneys' fees of nearly $375,000.
