Delphi Committees In Power Struggle Over GM Case

Law360 (September 6, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Shareholders and creditors of beleaguered auto maker Delphi Corp. are locked in a battle over which group should be in charge of prosecuting the company’s claims against General Motors.

On Tuesday, Delphi’s equity committee filed an objection in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York seeking to stop the creditors committee’s bid to control the case.
