Weatherford Hit With Suit Over Oil Drill Patent

Law360 (April 15, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A Texas oil-field equipment company has broadened a patent infringement battle against perennial adversary Weatherford International LP, launching a new suit against the company and 10 other firms it accuses of infringing a patent relating to drilling technology.
