Weil Gotshal Submits $55M Bill In Lehman Ch. 11

Law360, New York (April 15, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- New York powerhouse firm Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP has presented the bankruptcy court with a whopping $55 million bill for its work so far on behalf of debtor Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., citing the size and complexity of the case.

On Monday, Weil Gotshal filed its first interim fee application, requesting roughly $55.1 million in fees and about $1.3 million in expenses for the period from Sept. 15 to Jan. 31.
