Apollo Founders Can't Escape Suit Over Dead Merger

Law360 (April 16, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A Texas judge has ruled that the founders of Apollo Management LP should remain part of a suit brought by Huntsman Corp. after the private equity fund allegedly reneged on a $6.5 billion merger between one of its units and the chemical manufacturer.
