FERC Must Weigh Antitrust Claims In Decisions: AAI

Law360 (April 17, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Seeking to intervene in a Federal Energy Regulatory Commission case over a utility's transmission planning process, the American Antitrust Institute has accused FERC of improperly finding that it does not have to consider antitrust violations related to agency decisions because of lack of jurisdiction.
