3rd Merck Singulair Suit Stayed For Ruling In 1st Case

Law360 (April 17, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A Merck & Co. unit and Teva Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. have lodged a consent decree in Merck's third suit over a patent for blockbuster allergy and asthma drug Singulair, agreeing to resolve the spat based on the outcome of a pending suit between the two parties over the drug.
