N.C. Governor Violated Constitution: Judge

Law360 (September 7, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A Superior Court judge ruled Wednesday that North Carolina Gov. Mike Easley violated the state constitution when he diverted $225 million in state pension funds to help reduce a budget deficit.
