Antitrust Attys Back 3rd Circ. Rehearing In DuPont Suit
Law360, New York (October 23, 2017, 8:20 PM EDT) -- The American Antitrust Institute on Friday asked to weigh in with the Third Circuit in support of Valspar Corp.'s bid for a rehearing to revive its $176 million price-fixing lawsuit against DuPont, telling the appellate court its earlier ruling is inconsistent with both its own and U.S. Supreme Court precedent.
