InterDigital Insurer Wins Interest On $20M Award

Law360, New York (April 21, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Tacking $1 million in interest onto a previous arbitration award, a federal judge has ordered InterDigital Communications Corp. to reimburse Federal Insurance Co. roughly $21 million for legal fees in a 10-year patent dispute.

On Monday, Judge Eduardo C.
