Hynix Seeks Clean Slate In DRAM Spat V. Sun

Law360, New York (April 21, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Hynix Semiconductor Inc. has asked a judge to exclude evidence from past investigations of the company in its battle with Sun Microsystems Inc. over alleged computer memory price-fixing.

In five in limine motions filed Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, Hynix asked the judge to exclude a mountain of evidence in its long-running antitrust spat with Sun over dynamic random access memory.
