Pa. Panel Says Doc Correctly Treated Horse Fall Injury

Law360, Philadelphia (October 27, 2017, 3:50 PM EDT) -- The Pennsylvania Superior Court on Thursday affirmed a 2016 jury verdict absolving a Lehigh County orthopedist of claims he botched treatment of a leg injury for a woman who fell off a horse, rejecting her argument for a mistrial.
