Array Of Backers Argue Cake Shop Biased Against Gay Pair

Law360, New York (October 30, 2017, 8:59 PM EDT) -- Major corporations, state attorneys general, members of Congress and prominent chefs and bakers were among those offering support to a Colorado same-sex couple at the U.S. Supreme Court Monday, urging the justices to affirm that a baker discriminated against the pair when he refused to make their wedding cake.
