Probation Officer Suing Pa. Judge Denied Anonymity

Law360, Philadelphia (November 3, 2017, 3:41 PM EDT) -- A Butler County probation officer accusing a Pennsylvania state court judge of offering her a position in his court in exchange for an ongoing sexual relationship can't pursue her suit under a pseudonym, a federal judge said on Friday.

U.S. District Judge Cathy Bissoon ruled that the anonymous probation officer must file an amended complaint by next Wednesday attaching her name to the accusations against President Judge Thomas Doerr.
