Proskauer Rose Eyes High-Tech With Patent Group Expansion

Law360 (February 19, 2004, 12:00 AM EST) -- Proskauer Rose expects to continue expanding its intellectual property practice following the international law firm’s launch of a Boston satellite office.

As reported earlier this week, Proskauer hired away three senior intellectual property attorneys from Testa Hurwitz & Thibeault to set up a new practice in Boston.

Steven M. Bauer, Joseph A. Capraro, Jr., and Daniel J. Bernstein, all formerly partners in Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault’s intellectual property group, will form the core group at the new office, Proskauer’s seventh.
