2nd Circ. Gives DOE Go-Ahead To Tighten Boiler Rule

Law360 (April 23, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has granted a request by the U.S. Department of Energy to allow the agency to reconsider a rule requiring residential home furnaces and boilers to meet an 80 percent efficiency standard, which the regulation's opponents argue isn't strict enough.
