Ex-Barclays Trader 2nd To Get Libor Conviction Reviewed

Law360, London (November 10, 2017, 4:07 PM GMT) -- The Criminal Cases Review Commission confirmed on Friday that it will review a former Barclays PLC banker’s petition for a final appeal against his June 2016 conviction for rigging the London Interbank Offered Rate.

The CCRC, which was created in 1995 to examine suspected miscarriages of justice in cases that have already failed in court appeals, can refer cases back to appellate courts.
