House Panel Balks At Changes To Patent Bill

Law360, New York (April 23, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Despite a Senate committee’s approval of the patent reform legislation earlier this month, the co-sponsors of the U.S. House of Representatives’ version of the bill voiced concerns Thursday over changes to the controversial damages provision and indicated that more work needed to be done.
