Ex-Foley & Lardner Atty Cops To Securities Fraud Conspiracy

Law360, New York (November 9, 2017, 9:13 PM EST) -- Former Foley & Lardner LLP partner Walter “Chet” Little pled guilty in Manhattan federal court on Thursday to a charge of conspiracy to commit securities fraud, and could see jail time over claims that he used confidential information about the law firm’s clients to make $327,000 in illicit trading profits.
