The Deficit Reduction Act: Spotlight On Medicaid Enforcement

Law360 (September 8, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- On February 8, 2006, President Bush signed into law the Deficit Reduction Act of 2005 (DRA), which aims to cut nearly $11 billion from Medicare and Medicaid program spending over the next five years.
