Judge Refuses To Toss Nigerians' Suit Against Shell

Law360 (April 24, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has allowed a case accusing Shell Oil Co. and one of its executives of aiding the Nigerian government in human rights abuses in the 1990s to go forward, though she dismissed one claim related to the plaintiffs' right of peaceful assembly.
