Zurich Seeks To Escape Transport Co.'s Coverage Suit

Law360, New York (April 24, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Zurich American Insurance Co. has asked a federal judge to rule that an environmental insurance policy it issued to Mears Transportation Group Inc. does not cover relocation costs the company incurred as the result of an underground fuel tank leak at its headquarters.
