Cert. Too Soon For Groundwater Pollution Suit, Judge Says

Law360, New York (November 17, 2017, 8:54 PM EST) -- An Indiana federal judge denied class certification Thursday to homeowners who claim automotive manufacturer United Technologies Corp. and a gas station contaminated the groundwater underneath their property for more than 20 years, saying the bid was premature.
