Frontera Resources Wins Enforcement Of $2M Award

Law360, New York (November 17, 2017, 5:12 PM EST) -- Frontera Resources Corp. said Friday that it will collect more than $2 million from the enforcement of an arbitration award against a Turkish oil and gas company that stems from a drilling contract dispute.

The recent enforcement of the award is the culmination of a long-running dispute between Frontera, which is focused on oil and gas production in Eastern Europe, and the Turkish company ARAR Inc.
