Groups Ask Supreme Court To Hear Nacchio Case

Law360, New York (April 27, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and others have asked the U.S. Supreme Court to take up the case of imprisoned former Qwest Communications International Inc. chief Joseph Nacchio.

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the Washington Legal Foundation, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the New York Council of Defense Lawyers filed amicus curiae briefs with the high court Wednesday.
