Tycoon's Qui Tam Suit Over CO2 Royalties Revived

Law360 (April 27, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A district court has reopened a series of qui tam lawsuits filed over a decade ago by oil tycoon Jack Grynberg alleging several gas pipeline companies underpaid royalties on the carbon dioxide they produced from federal land by using artificially deflated prices.
