MoFo Picks Up Former DOJ Antitrust Lawyer

Law360 (April 27, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Morrison & Foerster LLP has hired David L. Meyer, former principal deputy assistant attorney general at the U.S. Department of Justice's Antitrust Division, to serve as co-chair of its antitrust and competition group, the firm announced Monday.
