Seery Jr. — who served as a managing director at Barclays Capital and global head of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc.’s fixed-income loan business — has stepped back into his former role by joining the corporate reorganization and bankruptcy practice at Sidley Austin LLP.
The firm has hired Seery as a partner in the bankruptcy practice in its New York office, where he will start work next week, Sidley announced Monday.
